HITCH'D A WANDERING BRIDAL FEST

You literally cannot go wrong when combining the sheer talent of the Valley's best vendors with a knock your socks off vibe for brides! Meet, "HITCH'D". Your favorite new bridal experience!

We had this crazy idea over a year ago and decided to hit the ground running at the end of 2022. Gave ourselves a meer 8 weeks to plan (eek!) and pulled it off in midst of one of California's biggest storms in a decade. Some might ask, "why?". The answer ...brides want, NO, brides CRAVE every experience possible when planning their weddings. Gone are the days of walking up and down a convention center and awkwardly trying to figure out what vendors do. Hitch'd encompasses every event, detail and process you go through on that planning journey. With 1 color palette, 4 planners, 4 specific design areas and 4 rad, but wildly different, reception spaces incorporating every vendor you could dream up, we planned your dream bridal shower, bachelorette party, welcome party, ceremony and downright reception for you! Here's to our innaugural Hitch'd Bridal Fest, kicking off the raddest wedding party Caifornia has ever seen!

All of our Hitch'd brides received their very own invitation to the events as well as a swag bag full of amazing vendor info and "golden tickets". What is a golden ticket, you ask? Many of our vendors offered special show discounts or promotions and in an effort to streamline that process and offer directly to the brides, we included them in every bag.

BRIDAL SHOWER: "Salud" with the goal of transporting you to Cabo via your shower. Can we say NAILED IT?! Every detail was planned and executed and it truly gave bride tribes every ounce of inspiration needed to creat this for their best gals! Hitch'd goers were served the very best detials from a bar fit for drinking margs to a custom hat branding activity. Rattan chandeliers and a photobooth adorned with a customer Salud neon finished it off.

BACHELORETTE PARTY: "Time For Cockies", you know, Coktails of course ;) The overall color palette was sunset shades with a pop of blue and we are still drooling over how House of Fete took such a broad color scape and focused on just an accent to create a killer Bach party. Not your typical pink vibes happening here. It's giving a "something blue" disco vibe and we. are. here. for. IT!

WELCOME PARTY: More like, welcome to THE party, ammmm I right?! Have you heard of a welcome party?! Most of Central CA hasn't either. It's like your pre-pre wedding party. Gather your closest of family and friends either before or after your rehearsal dinner and have an intimate, boozy party. It's a great way to personally connect with those coming from out of town that you don't normally get to do at your reception. We are LIVING for the welcome party The Social Spree created. You can never go wrong with yard games, a rad tap truck and all of the loungey vibes.

COCKTAIL HOUR: You can't let your guests enter your reception parched, can you?! We live for a good coktail hour vibe and it's such a great way to jazz up your whole wedding!

CEREMONY: "Drunk In Love" because, honestly, there's no better way! Our Hitch'd attendees were treated to an entire mock ceremony with all of the pretty details. What better way to keep your wedding on trend than by including the chicest little drink cart and serving your favorite people some boozy libations?! Sometimes, mother nature has a way of throwing your wedding day for a serious loop, and Hitch'd was no exception. The original layout & design had to be adjusted all the way up until the day of due to the weather and our amazin designers were abel to pivot to still have our mock ceremony go off without a Hitch!

FASHION-CHELLA: The fashion show at Hitch'd was a WHOLE ASS VIBE! The central valley is home to so many great rental companies and the fashion show really let their furniture shine. Our guests were treated to all lounge seating for our show which also included charcuterie, cake and a handlful odf vendors. It was truyl a one of a kind fashion experience!

RECEPTION: "Infused With Love" BW Events served up all of the best citrus inspired wedding reception vibes.

RECEPTION: "Spring Into Love" The Social Spree nailed all of the spring, vibrant colors with her trio of colorful tablescapes!

RECEPTION: "Roll Of The Dice" I mean we literally CAN'T EVEN with all of the amazing finishing details in Olive + Grace Events' reception space.
